The annual DIAA New South Wales Division Conference will take place on 21 June 2012 at the Park Royal Hotel in Parramatta, Sydney. The winners of the 2012 DIAA New South Wales Dairy Product Competition will be presented at the conference dinner.

The DIAA NSW Division, together with AIFST and RACI, would like to invite all members to a Christmas party at the PARKROYAL Parramatta hotel, in Western Sydney, on Friday, 25 November.

The hotel is situated near the Parramatta River, and this makes a great place to celebrate another successful year for the food industry. On arrival you will be welcomed with pre-dinner drinks and chef’s selection of canapés. You will then be ushered into the Governor’s Ballroom, where you will be enticed with a delectable three-course meal.

This is an event not to be missed, so mark the date in your calendar and register now for this fun-filled night to catch up with old friends and make new ones.

Tickets are $66 for members of AIFST/DIAA/RACI and $99 for non-members, including GST. The price includes a three-course meal and wine, beer and soft drinks, but excludes spirits.

The 2011 DIAA NSW Division Conference was held on 13 July at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour. There was a welcome reception in the evening of 12 July, and the results of the 2011 DIAA NSW Dairy Product Competition were announced at a gala awards dinner on 13 July.
