President's Theme

Every year, the DIAA Federal President selects a theme that is particularly relevant to the DIAA and the industry.

The theme sets the direction for the DIAA and is picked up by all DIAA States in their annual conferences and other DIAA events.

INCREASING OPPORTUNITIES TO SHARE INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE

DIAA members are finding it increasingly difficult to access industry-wide knowledge accumulated through years of experience, extension and training. This is because a lot of valuable generic information is difficult to access and share within the wider industry.

I hope this year’s theme encourages DIAA members to use the Association’s strong platform for networking and communication to compare and exchange generic knowledge with their peers, and to promote a broader sharing of information for our industry to move forward.Cheesefest
